Refunds and returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and only if the item purchased is returned without any apparent damage. For product inquiries, please call (423) 212-1208 and a BFP representative will help you.  Book purchases, from BFP, are generally not returnable due to the damaged or used nature of the majority of books received during past years.  All purchases are via the BFP Web site, or by other Internet means; through Ingram Book Wholesalers, Lightning Source, or directly to BFP by telephone, or email.  No Pay Pal or credit card orders will be taken after December 1, 2007, only personal checks, bank drafts or money orders;  all of these methods of payment should include shipping and handling expenses and be made out to Black Forest Press.

Shipping and handling varies by product.
